TRANSFORM
Feature: Form of the Beast (1st-level Path of the Beast Barbarian feature)
Flavor: You transform into your beast form as you rage, it is advised to really emphasize the point that you become this weird eldritch demon-dog creature.
MANACLES (HUMAN FORM)
Spell: Thorn Whip (Cantrip from the Magic Initiate feat)
Flavor:
BEAST’S BILE (HUMAN FORM)
Spell: Poison Spray (Cantrip from the Magic Initiate feat)
Flavor: Your face partially transforms into your beast form, as you vomit an acid-like fluid on your foes.
ABSOLUTION (HUMAN FORM)
Spell: Cure Wounds (1st-level spell from the Magic Initiate feat)
Flavor: You manage to find peace within the turmoil of your life, healing yourself both physically and mentally.
RAKE (BEAST FORM)
Feature: Form of the Beast (1st-level Path of the Beast Barbarian feature)
Flavor: While you transform into your beast form you can choose to grow claws with which you can make two attacks per attack action! (once per turn, but still, it’s cool!)
RAGE (BEAST FORM)
Feature: Form of the Beast (1st-level Path of the Beast Barbarian feature)
Flavor: You can also choose to turn your giant maw to bite your enemies with, you can even regain hit points if you are bloodied.
SLAM (BEAST FORM)
Feature: Hammering Horns (Minotaur feature)
Flavor: After each attack you can spend a bonus action to push your target up to 10 feet away (This can also be 10 feet in the air, dealing an additional 1d6 falling damage to the target).
